A full house saw front great comedians showing the different styles of comedy.

Angie McEvoy is honing her act to perfection. A gentle voice that bangs out the gags at a steady rhythm..... a gentle pounding that builds up to something mighty over twenty minutes.

Arron the Comedy Terrorist. This act is only four months old and has enormous potential, especially considering the present political situation. Like any new-bie act there are parts that need tweaking, BUT he did a fifteen minute set for us and he had plenty of laughs. Remember you saw him here first!

Headline act for the night was Ian Cogito. A genius of a comic, whose shows are always totally different. He is very reminescent of what the Court Jester would have been like - without the use of a microphone, he wondered amongst the audience, up to the bar to get a pint, banging out his jokes. Not one joke failed. 50 minutes he did, plus an encore, and there was no flat point in his act - how many other comedians could do that?

Ian did his spit joke.....so we now have four different spit marks on our black sheet from Ian!
