What
a great night! Packed out such that we were turning people away.

The show
could have been a nightmare since the headline act, Russell
Brand had flu and we had to find a last minute replacement.
That replacement was Paul
Foot - excellent. His humour is very delicate. The
hour slot gave him the space to really get his humour into full
flow. In the first 20 minutes he warmed up the audience with
short quick fire gags. After this he went into top gear with
a crazily surreal set about bamboo stalk sellers and the inflation
prices of chinese restaurant food. This is the section the audience
really liked - it was both funny and totally bizarre.

Rob Rouse - genius
- I'm still laughing from his jokes - the joke about what strong
men do at home is an absolute classic

Craig
Deeley -what a revelation - really good - some great
material - very new to the circuit so needs some experience,
BUT hey he did a great job.
