| A
post-Bank Holiday weekend show meant the audience numbers were low Ronnie
Edwards was the opening act
 middle
act - Andrew Q Grimwade. Although
new on the circuit, he was quite good. Nice friendly presence and he Kept the
attention of the audience. He ended on two strong gags
 Die
Clatterschenkenfietermaus. Excellent. I would certainly recommend
other clubs book them. They did 40 minutes comfortably (10 minutes was an encore).
The guys are actually from Newcastle (they had Geordie accents), but get the German
accents to a tee. The gags keep comng, the songs are short and perfect (they sing
one song "We are Germans" to a Bob Marley track). During the middle
of the act they get three members of the audeince out on stage to recreate a Sc-Fi
play - very funny.
