| This
was our market testing of a New Talent night. It was a full house for an excellent
nights entertainment
 Spikey
Mike - good Wes
Packer - yes, very good. He really got the show going. He reminded
me of a welsh Jerry Sadowitz. His act was one big angry rant against the world
- the politically correct period has clearly missed him. He really got the entire
evening going
 Aaron
Rice
 John
Copper - he was excellent. A really strong act who should be doing
20minute spots. He did 15minutes for us and it was top quality from start to finish
 Martin
Aldridge - wow! what an act. This guy asked me during the beer break
if he could do 5 minutes of knob gags - apparently he comperes a club in Plymouth.
He was brilliant. His gags were pure 1970's, nothing offensive, nothing really
personal, but great all the same. Example of one of gags "my wife has just
had a tattoo of a sea shell done on the inside of her thigh. If you put your ear
to it, you can smell fish. He did 10minutes - he could easily have done 20minutes.
 Jim
Smallman - yes, good. The audience really liked him
 Tom
Binns - he was excellent and mucked about with the audience. In the
above photo he was telephoning his ex-girlfriend.
